What we collect

We only collect what's needed to run your order or respond to you directly:

• Newsletter signup — your email address, if you sign up for updates.
• Contact form — your name, email, and message, if you reach out to us.
• Orders and payment — handled entirely by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details, and order/shipping information is processed and held by Stripe, not on this website.

We don't use cookies or tracking scripts on this site.

How we use it

• Your newsletter email is used to send updates about new roasts, drops, and Los Poderes news — nothing else.
• Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry.
• Order information is used by Stripe to process payment and by us to roast and ship your order.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or any other personal information to third parties, ever.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and fulfill orders — Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for sending emails (newsletter updates and contact form replies). We don't share your information with anyone beyond what's needed for these services to work.

Unsubscribing and questions
